Meet Boogie the Kelvin Dog, the unofficial "Chief Morale Officer" and the friendly face behind students' quarterly climate surveys. While most dogs chase mailmen, Boogie chases data—specifically, the kind of data that helps make Excel Academy a better place to be.


Why It Matters

When you answer Boogie’s questions, the adults in your building see real-time "weather reports" of the school’s atmosphere. If everyone tells Boogie they are feeling stressed or disconnected, the school can do something about it—like changing schedules, adding mental health resources, or planning community events.
